A lovely private house 1.5 hours from Seville
Welcome inside … the house is on 3 levels so more of a house than a villa strictly speaking …
Entering from street level the first thing you’ll notice are the sweeping views from the kitchen and living room terrace of the mountains and orchards of the village.
The second thing that will grab your attention is the garden, bbq and your swimming pool below.
The house has 4 bedrooms - 3 with queen beds and the 4th with a king-size bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 (both on the upper floor) share a bathroom. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have their own en suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is on a separate floor to all the other bedrooms and also has access to the terrace which accesses the garden and swimming pool. Also on this level is the 2nd living room with a sofa bed so the house can sleep 10 people in total.

Bedroom 1 - ground level - king bed - own terrace - own bathroom - separate living room with sofa bed
Bedroom 2 - top level - double bed - own bathroom

….. and if you don’t fancy cooking or cleaning, someone can do all that for you (after all you’re on holiday). The fridge can be stocked for you to make things even easier for arrival … just send through your list!
In the winter stay inside wrapped up in our throws and cosy up next to the fireplaces. Electric blankets are on all the beds, topped with woollen blankets and duvets for those winter morning lie ins. For the summer Turkish pool towels are provided for everyone. You’ll love your stay whichever the season and if there’s something more we can do we’re only too happy to help.
The house has air conditioning on all levels - which is a central system on the top floor and on the ground floor and a stand alone wall mounted unit on the middle/kitchen level. The air conditioning system also supplies supplementary heating in the winter months if required but to come and sit in front of the fireplace or wood burning stove is such a treat in the winter or cooler months - we provide all firewood and starters.
